First time users, please follow these easy instructions for completing the On-Line Registration Application:

Clicking the On-Line Registration Application will open the bluesombrero.com home page.

Login with the user name and password you set up last year. Click on “Forgot username or password?” if you do not remember either.

If this is your first time registering with Blue Sombrero, click “Register” and create a new user name and password. Enter your contact information and click “Create New Account”.

Click “Add Participant” for each child you are registering. When all Participants have been entered, click “Register Now”.

You should see the Participants you have entered, and the division they will participate in, for example Mites, or In-House, or Travel. If you see the following message:
There are no events that are currently available for this participant.
Then, 1) your child is too young to participate, 2) your child is too old to participate, or 3) registration for your child’s age level has been closed.

Select the division for each participant and click Next.

Click Next and fill in the Additional Participant information. Click “Yes” to accept the waiver. This must be done for each participant. Click Next.

On the Volunteer section, please consider volunteering. The WYSL is run entirely by volunteers. We are always looking for additional helpers. Most of the jobs do not require any soccer knowledge. So, if you are interested in working with a terrific group of people, please select a Program and a Volunteer Role. Click Next.

On the Checkout screen, please double-check and confirm all information entered.

IMPORTANT! Half-way down the Checkout page is the Payment Type selection. If you intend to pay by credit card, enter your credit card information, check “I agree to the above terms and conditions” and then click “Submit”.

If you wish to pay by check, click on “Check/Other”, and wait a couple of seconds for the page to refresh. Then click the “Submit” button.

You must click the “Submit” button in order to complete your registration.

An Order Confirmation page will appear. Print this page as your receipt.

You will also receive an email order confirmation from orders@bluesombrero.com
